Included (in Box 1) are documents concerning the design/build suit brought by the Wisconsin Construction Employers Council against the commission concerning the bidding procedures used in the construction of GEF II. Also included are commission minutes, 1971-1978, specially transcribed as part of this case. Also included is correspondence with the governor and the legislature, files on bonding and the selection of architects and engineers, and files on staff meetings, 1969-1974.
