Records of naturalization cases in the Circuit Court of Racine County, Wisconsin,1837-1982. Records include indexes to Declarations (1837-1881) indexes to Petitions (1838-1984), Declarations of Intention (1837-1975), Petitions (1838-1982), Depositions (1909-1957), Denials of Petitions (1908-1909, 1918, 1927), Repatriations (1937-1959), Orders Granting or Denying Petitions (1930-1982), and Certificate of Naturalization Stubs (1904-1926). This series is also available on microfilm.

Note:

Reels 1-22 and 24-64 were produced in 1984 and 2006 by the Genealogical Society of Utah which holds the master negatives.
