Papers in Box 1 and 2 (1907-1912) are chronological. Papers in Boxes 3-64 are by file number which is generally chronological. Gaps in the numbering of files indicate that many papers may be missing. However, large gaps between numbers 7683 and 10,100 and between numbers 20,161 and 22,521 appear to be intentional, since the dates of the papers do not indicate any large gaps.
