The collection is composed of Histories and Annual Reports of local clubs to county and district officers, Press Scrapbooks, and Yearbooks. Included in the Histories and Annual Reports are written histories, some of which have been bound in book form, and scattered correspondence, clippings, programs and yearbooks. Press Scrapbooks, compiled by the district federation historian, primarily contain newspaper clippings pertaining to club events and activities. Each of the three scrapbooks (1944-1946, 1946-1948, and 1956-1960) includes separate sections of clippings about general, state, district, and county federations, and local clubs. Also present is a volume composed of Yearbooks of local clubs, 1956-1960.
