It is divided primarily by film, with two additional series. The series are JILL GODMILOW, ANTONIA: A PORTRAIT OF THE WOMAN, FAR FROM POLAND, LEAR '87 ARCHIVE (CONDENSED), THE LOFT TAPES: STUDENT FILMS FROM NOTRE DAME, NEVELSON IN PROCESS, THE ODYSSEY TAPES, THE POPOVICH BROTHERS OF SOUTH CHICAGO, ROY COHN/JACK SMITH, TALES, THE VIGIL, WAITING FOR THE MOON, WHAT FAROCKI TAUGHT, WHAT WE TALK ABOUT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT LOVE, WHAT'S UNDERGROUND ABOUT MARSHMALLOWS?, and WITH JERZY GROTOWSKI, NIENADÓWKA, 1980. JILL GODMILOW contains materials pertaining generally to the filmmaker. These include book excerpts and articles by or about the filmmaker, materials regarding her production company, Beach Street Films, and general press and promotional materials. It also includes some publicity stills of the filmmaker. ANTONIA: A PORTRAIT OF THE WOMAN contains dialog lists, distribution materials, festival materials, and a DVD viewing copy of the film (VDA 094). It also includes some publicity stills from the film. FAR FROM POLAND contains financial information about the film's production, dialog lists, distribution materials, festival materials, press materials, a 16 mm print copy (FG 913-914), and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 101). It also includes some publicity stills from the film. LEAR '87 ARCHIVE contains distribution, fundraising, press and production materials, and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 091-093). THE LOFT TAPES: STUDENT FILMS FROM NOTRE DAME contains promotional materials and related correspondence, a video preservation copy (VHB 340), and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 146). NEVELSON IN PROCESS contains a dialog list and press materials. THE ODYSSEY TAPES contains distribution materials, publicity correspondence, a video preservation copy (VBC 216), and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 147). THE POPOVICH BROTHERS OF SOUTH CHICAGO contains distribution, exhibition, press, and promotional materials, a dialog list, a video preservation copy (VHB 295) and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 102). It also includes a publicity still from the film. ROY COHN/JACK SMITH contains cash contribution records, dialog lists, distribution correspondence, festival brochures, press and promotional materials, and a DVD viewing copy (VDA 099). TALES contains press and distribution materials. THE VIGIL contains a DVD viewing copy (VDA 097). WAITING FOR THE MOON contains A/P registers, budgets, contracts, daily call sheets and production reports, financial materials, production materials, press materials, dialog lists, music rights correspondence, promotional materials, distribution correspondence, and a 35 mm film copy (HC 416-420). It also includes publicity stills for the film. WHAT FAROCKI TAUGHT contains general correspondence, dialog lists, distribution materials, production materials, grant and fellowship materials, press materials, a 16 mm film print (DF 598), a DVD viewing copy (VDA 095), and a DVD viewing copy of Harun Farocki’s original film, Inextinguishable Fire (VDA 096). It also includes publicity stills for the film.
