A panel discussion entitled “Growing Up Jewish In Wisconsin” was held at Hillel in 1976, in which participants Anita D. Parks, Sidney Sweet, Samuel Lakritz, and Sherman Ansell discussed Jewish education, social tensions, relationships with the non-Jewish community, and relations between Reform and Conservative congregations in Madison and Superior, Wisconsin. Tape recordings of this program have been cataloged separately under the title “Growing Up Jewish in Wisconsin.”
