The records of the WAVAI are those of the secretary-treasurer's office, 1924 to 1964. The largest single category of material is correspondence of that office; it deals mainly with routine matters like membership, dues, and conference arrangements and is present in quantity only for 1938 to 1942. Scattered financial records are also included.
Other items in the collection are a copy of the constitution, lists of officers, executive committee minutes, standing committee reports, materials concerning the annual meeting, and WAVAI publications.
