Three different filing arrangements were used by the Clerk of Court for these criminal files. The first sequence is a straight numerical run of files located in Boxes 1-14; Box 15 contains an alphabetical sequence; and the last scheme used consists of both the Box Number when the file was in the Clerk of Courts' office (referred to as the Old Box Number) and a case file number. Files from this arrangement are located in Boxes 16-27.
