Abstract:

Microfilmed notices that an action has been commenced and is pending in court upon the complaint of the plaintiff against the defendant of the foreclosure of a mortgage. Documents show court of jurisdiction, document number and date of filing, name of plaintiff and defendant, date and identification of the mortgage, description of real estate involved, and signature of plaintiff's attorney.
