The docket books are arranged by case number. The judgment and order books are divided into two categories, equity law and civil law. Thereunder equity law files are in a rough chronological order. Civil law files for 1842-1843 are arranged chronologically by date of filing; files for 1868-1907 arearranged by case number; and files for 1907-1940 are arranged by original date of filing.
