: The Organizational Records are arranged alphabetically by company, and typically include articles of association, by-laws, board of directors' minutes, and lists of stockholders. The minutes are generally very brief and report the election of officers and such things as authorizations for land purchases or mortgages. An exception to the general content of the series is the Flambeau Paper Company file which contains a detailed manuscript history of the company through 1914. The history, which was written by E. P. Sherry shortly before his death, provides background information on family holdings in the Park Falls area as well as information on the operation of the paper mill.
