The records in this collection consist of minutebooks, 1894-1938; papers from a committee appointed in 1914 to investigate legislation needed for the city to assume responsibility for park maintenance; and miscellaneous unbound papers, 1893-1937. The miscellaneous papers include the 1893 incorporation certificate of the Madison Improvement Association, scattered financial papers and letters, proxies, one 1910 fundraising form letter, and other items.
