Abstract:

Papers of historian and socialist Jack Alan Robbins, consisting of texts and drafts of his two doctoral dissertations on American Trotskyism and French Marxism; drafts, notes, and reference material for other articles and writings; annotated copies of many of the writings of Leon Trotsky; book reviews; copies of the Democratic Left Book Review and Ripples in the Stream; and fragmentary correspondence. Also present are scattered papers concerning a variety of socialist and other organizations.
