Includes correspondence, 1850-1892, primarily regarding land transactions. Prominent correspondents include Talbot C. Dousman, Rufus B. Kellogg, and Increase A. Lapham. Also includes tax receipts, financial reports on the Kellogg National Bank, deeds, mortgages, cancelled checks, bills and receipts of the Baird and Baker families, 1857-1895, and Baird's account book, 1856-1874.
