This collection is available only on microfilm. Originals are part of the Sibley Papers at the Minnesota Historical Society, St. Paul, Minnesota. The microfilmed items were selected in 1945 on the basis of their relationship to Wisconsin history.
The items are generally in chronological order on the microfilm. Entries in the contents list describing the items follow exactly the order of letters on the film.
Duplicate copies of this microfilm are at both the Northern Great Lakes Center and the River Falls Area Research Center.
