The photos document manufacturing, engineering, public relations, advertising, labor relations, military or defense contracts, agriculture, farm labor, industrial labor, office labor, transportation, cities, towns, rural landscapes, small businesses, trucking, fairs, exhibits, and recreation. Also included are photographs of experimental tractors, farm implements, construction equipment, and engines. The photographs were originally mounted in bound volumes.
