Volumes containing wills (volumes 1-3, 10-12) generally contain a summary of proceedings, including a copy of the last will and testament; executor's bond; orders for appraisal and disposal of property, appointment of executor, and limiting time for creditors to make claims; and various affidavits and petitions.
Records of testamentary (volumes 4 and 8) consist of orders for proof of will, certificates of proof of will, decree allowing will to probate, bonds of executor and residuary legatee, and letters of testamentary.
