The collection is arranged in five series: ADMINISTRATION, PERFORMANCES, TIBOR ZANA, PHOTOGRAPHS, and FILMS.
ADMINISTRATION includes the constitution and bylaws, correspondence, contracts, financial records, job descriptions, biographies of dancers and artistic personnel, meeting minutes, newsletters, tour schedules, fundraising information and grant proposals, membership lists, correspondence with potential performance venues specifying performance requirements, and publicity and promotional materials. PERFORMANCES contains programs, light and sound plots, choreography charts, schedules, technical requirements for touring sites, equipment lists, descriptions of ballets, and guest artist biographies which include Margo Fonteyn, Desmond Kelly, Maria Tallchief, Edward Villela, and Rudolph Nureyev.
TIBOR ZANA files consist of correspondence, clippings, and itineraries from his professional career along with personal memorabilia such as a wedding scrapbook. There are also posters and flyers advertising performances from 1960 to 1974, and PHOTOGRAPHS of performances and youth lecture series with occasional studio and publicity shots. FILMS include a 1973 commercial and a performance of “Entr’acte.”
