(9 archives boxes) : The collection, which mainly covers the period 1964 to 1968, includes print and near-print material, correspondence, notes, memoranda, position papers, speeches, statements, meeting minutes, and reports. There are also files on the National Committee against Repressive Legislation (NCARL) internship program (Allen was NCARL's D.C. representative for nine years beginning in 1964) and on her experiences with the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC). She was called before HUAC in 1964 with DagMarch Wilson (also of Women Strike for Peace) and National Guardian editor Russell Nixon for their work to obtain a visitor’s visa for Japanese peace activist Kaoru Yasui.
