Scope and Content Note: This collection contains records from Secretary Frank Busalacchi and the National Surface Transportation Policy Revenue Study Commission, briefing books, field hearing reports, a 2006 commissioner meeting, and material pertaining to a public session on intercity passenger rail. The briefing books contain meeting agendas, commissioner and governor biographies, panel presentation materials on conditions, performance, financing trends for U.S. highways and transit, and related investment requirements.
