Scope and Content Note: Do not allow the Tomah and Lake St. Croix Railroad Company to change routes; line surveyed by the La Crosse Railroad Company to build a railroad running from Madison to St. Croix Lake. Land already granted to the Tomah and Lake St. Croix Railroad Company through this route; company should not be able to sell donated lands and move routes; construct line according to original survey.
