Probate case files dating 1850-1941. Files contain papers relating to the settlement of deceased individuals' estates. Included are wills, inventories of real and personal property, and statements and papers relating to claims against estates and to the sale of lands. One notable file included is that of Charles Durkee, U.S. Senator and Governor of Utah Territory.
