This collection contains two episodes from the hour-long Western series Daniel Boone, which aired on NBC from 1964 to 1970. The show told the story of Daniel Boone (Fess Parker), a pioneer in Kentucky in the 1770s. The episodes featured stories based loosely on the historical Boone. Among the recurring characters were Mingo (Ed Ames), Boone’s friend, and Israel (Darby Hinton), Boone's son.
While a total of 165 episodes of Daniel Boone aired over its six-season run, this collection contains only two of the original episodes, one from the fourth season, and the final episode. Both reels are 16 mm prints with sound. Each reel runs approximately 60 minutes.
