There is also material relating to the State of Wisconsin's contract with KnowledgeWare (later Sterling Software). Including reports, brochures, correspondence, and memos relating to the selection of KnowledgeWare. Also documented is the state's attempt to end its KnowledgeWare contract leading to the involvement of the state's legal council and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
