Scope and Content Note: Minutes and financial information, 1995-2001, of the Wisconsin Advanced Telecommunication Foundation, the public-private foundation organized to support educational technology grants in Wisconsin. Originally authorized with $500,000 from the Wisconsin Legislature in 1995, the foundation was unable to meet its fundraising goals, and in 2001 it voted to dissolve and transfer its funds to the block grants program of TEACH Wisconsin.
