The majority of the records consist of files on school district reorganizations, including petitions for reorganization, notices of hearings, newspaper clippings announcing the hearings, and orders to reorganize. There are also records of County School Committees, including reorganization files and meeting minutes of the Dane, Green, Lafayette and Rock County School Committees. Records of the CESA 15 Agency School Committee include orders for school district reorganization, subject files and Committee organizational files, official oaths, long range plans, and meeting minutes. The CESA 15 Board of Control, which appointed the Agency School Committee, includes records on annual conventions, meeting agendas and minutes, and CESA 15 annual reports and audits. Also included are City of Madison school district annexation orders, 1960-1980.
