The Marshall Granros Collection is stored in 5 archival boxes, 8 cassette boxes and an
oversize poster box. It is divided into three series covering paper files, audio recordings
and posters.
Series I contains paper files related to the radio shows "Kaleidoscope for Kids" and
"Kicking the Dog Around", presented by Marshall Granros on WFLM. Subseries A contains
folders of research notes for songs used in preparation of radio programs. Subseries B
contains radio scripts, track lists, radio and concert programs, research notes, photographs
and licenses.
Series II contains 280 audiocassettes containing episodes of the "Kicking the Dog Around"
radio show from 1975 to 1990, as well as other radio programs.
Series III contains concert posters for performances by folk and blues artists in
Wisconsin.
