: This record group includes the minutes, bulletins, roster books and directories, and
miscellaneous items such as certificates and correspondence. All the files are
arranged alphabetically by record type, then chronologically in ascending order.
Bulletins were sent to club members to inform them of upcoming events and meetings, as
well as other Rotary Club news. Some of the bulletins also contain the occasional
invitations to events, such as picnics, dinners, or parties. Minutes document the
meetings of the club's Board of Directors, weekly luncheons, as well as the 1916-17
Membership Committee. Roster Books contain photographs and information on club
members. They were distributed to members on a yearly basis to help members become
acquainted with one another and to keep track of changes in the membership. The roster
books also contain brief information about the club itself, such as its current and
past officers. The bulk of the roster books date from the 1940s through the 1990s.
