This series documents the operation and development of Vivent Health. The 1985 folder reflects the organizational development phase of ARCW. The minutes of January 1985 are from the Board of Directors of the Brady East STD Clinic that considered the establishment of the Milwaukee AIDS Project. Minutes that follow that meeting are from meetings of the Milwaukee AIDS Project.

The first minutes of the ARCW Board of Directors date from April 1986. Included in these minutes is the historic memorandum explaining the origins of ARCW, its articles of incorporation, and its initial bylaws. Beginning in 1991 the minutes included the board meeting agendas and minutes of standing committees and the Board of Directors. Ultimately the minutes became part of comprehensive Board of Directors meeting packets that included all minutes of the board and standing committees, annual budget proposals, program reports, strategic plan performance, quality assessment reports, fundraising and special event reports and copies of print media coverage of ARCW activities.
