Researchers must use access copies of electronic records. There are no other access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

Acquisition Information

Jim Chapson donated the material to the Archives Department in August 2010 (accession 2010-012). Thomas Larscheid donated additional materials in May 2012 (accession 2011-043). Jim Chapson donated additional materials in August 2012 (accession 2012-015). Larry Rafferty donated additional materials in July 2014 (accession 2014-010).


Processing Information

Bob Jaeger processed the collection in the summer of 2011. Molly Whiteside (supervised by Christel Maass) processed accessions 2011-043, 2012-015, and 2014-010 in June 2015 (boxes 36-38). Laura K. N. Jones integrated accession 2020-020 into the collection on April 11th, 2023.


Preservation Information

During processing, preservation masters were created from electronic records originally received on DVDs. They were ripped as .iso files (preservation masters) and transcoded to MP4s (access copies).
