There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
The UWM Libraries' Music Library transferred this collection to the Archives in May 2003
(accession 2002-093). Jeff Peterson donated some additional materials in February 2017
(accession 2016-029). Videos from the UWM Media Library were also transferred to the
Archives sometime before 2017.
Diana Giordano processed the collection at the Archives in April 2006. In December 2011,
Matt Eidem removed 18 safety film negatives and placed them with other safety film
negatives. In May 2017 Ashlie Biddle integrated accession 2016-029 and the videos from the
Media Library (box 4) into the collection.
