The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Interviewees for the Cuca Records and Paramount Records oral history projects signed release forms transferring rights to the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents. Interviewees for the Park People oral history project, with the exception of Joy Teschner, transferred rights to the Park People. Joy Teschner did not sign a release form, so she remains the holder of copyright. Copies of the release forms are located in the Archives' administrative case files. Consult an Archivist for details.

Acquisition Information

Sarah Filzen donated the materials to the Archives in 1997 (accessions 1997-023, 1997-045, and 1997-054).

Processing Information
