Subgrp: 2. Guardian Realty Company, 1924-1936
: The Guardian Realty Company was the second stock company formed by the club. Created
in 1924, its purpose was to raise money needed to purchase several properties
surrounding the club in preparation for future expansion. The clubhouse addition was
completed in 1936, and in February of that year Guardian Realty was dissolved. This
subgroup mainly consists of financial and legal materials.
