Access Restrictions

Researchers must use the digital collection of programs. There are no other access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.


Use Restrictions

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).


Acquisition Information

The Cream City Foundation donated the collection to the Archives in December 2003, at the request of past president Don Schwamb (accession 2003-046). Executive Producer Mark Behar donated scripts of the Tri-Cable Tonight programs, arranged as series 1B, in April 2004 (accession 2003-079).


Processing Information

Michael Doylen processed the collection in April 2004.


Preservation Information

The video recordings were digitized by Scene Savers (Covington, Kentucky) in 2013. Preservation master files were created as avi files. Access copies were created as mp4 files. The project was made possible by the generous support of Joseph R. Pabst and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation's Johnson and Pabst LGBT Humanity Fund.
