The original videotapes and DVDs are restricted. Researchers must access the digitized
versions on the network drive. There are no other access restrictions on the materials,
and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
The Cream City Foundation donated the collection to the Archives in December 2003, at the
request of past president Don Schwamb (accession 2003-046). Executive Producer Mark Behar
donated scripts of the Tri-Cable Tonight programs, arranged
as series 1B, in April 2004 (accession 2003-079).
Michael Doylen processed the collection in April 2004.
The video recordings were digitized by Scene Savers (Covington, Kentucky) in 2013.
Preservation master files were created as avi files. Access copies were created as mp4
files. The project was made possible by the generous support of Joseph R. Pabst and the
Greater Milwaukee Foundation's Johnson and Pabst LGBT Humanity Fund.
