Scope and Content Note: This series is comprised of 66 audio cassette and reel recordings, primarily interviews that Hardie conducted with figures prominent in early Wisconsin aviation. These include John Kaminski, associates of Billy Mitchell, and several engineers, designers, and employees of Hamilton Standard Propeller Company and the Lawson Airline Company. The balance of these tapes include recordings of AAHS meetings and interviews of Hardie discussing his role in the EAA and AAHS.
