The Lincoln Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation was founded in 1989 as a subsidiary of
Merchants & Manufacturers Bancorporation (M&M). Its general purpose is the
revitalization of the area of Milwaukee bounded by First and Twentieth Streets, and by
Mitchell Street and Oklahoma Avenue. Lincoln State Bank, M&M's founding bank is in the
heart of the area.
