The unclassified personnel files in boxes 1-5 are restricted in accordance with UWM
Personnel File Policy S-42. Access is regulated by Section III.A.2 and III.A.3.
There are no access restrictions on the rest of the collection, which is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
Judy Andresen and Jacque Graveen transferred an accession of personnel files (1990-011)
in August 1990. Judy Andresen transferred accession 1994-023 in August 1995. Jacque
Graveen transferred accession 1995-018 in August 1995. Maureen Burke transferred an
accession of personnel files (1997-032) in December 1997. Linda Kopp transferred accession
2001-054 in 2002. An unknown party transferred accession 2005-042 probably in 2005.
Nick Weber weeded the personnel files at the Archives in January 1995. Christel T. Maass
added the 1995 accession to the collection in August 1995. The 1990-011 and 1994-023
accessions and the pre-1989 records were processed by Shannon Urban in April 1997, Ellen
Engseth in May 1997, and Dan Cook in July 1997. Christel Maass processed the December 1997
accession 1997-032 in December 1997. In February 1998, Michele Christian processed a box
of miscellaneous files. Jeremy Brett processed accessions 2001-054 and 2005-042 in April
2007. Christel Maass added some additional items in September 2018.
