There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

An unknown individual transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989. Additional reports held by the Employment and Training Institute were transferred to the Archives as part of accession 2016-036 in February 2017.

Processing Information

Tom Jorsch processed the collection at the Archives in June 1996. Christel Maass added previously cataloged items in January 2017. Phyllis Reske added the research publications from accession 2016-036 in March 2017.
