Subseries: 9A. Felland, Nordis, 1931-1985
: Nordis Felland (1901-1985) was first employed at the AGS as a cataloger
in 1927. She became assistant librarian in 1943 and then librarian in
1944, a position she held until her retirement in 1969. Felland also
served as the editor of Current Geographical
Publications. After her retirement she became librarian
emeritus and continued to work for the AGS on a part-time basis for
several years.
