Delia West Marble was born in 1848 in New York. She was a conservationist and served
on the Board of Directors of the Woman's Land Army of America. Along with Eloise
Payne Luquer, she set up the Nature Trail and Museum at the Poundridge Reservation
in New York. She died in 1951.
