Records from the Fauver Hill Study Club include written histories and newspaper clippings. Event materials consist of items from the group’s centennial, celebrated in 200l, and programs (1930-2006) with a few gaps.
Financial materials include the group’s tax exempt number (file is restricted), and treasurer’s reports which are included with the group’s transcripted and original minutes.
Some of this group’s original minutes (1981-2002) are part of this collection. These minutes also include treasurer’s reports and meeting attendance information. Transcripted minutes (1901-1942; 1967-1977; 1981-2002) were typed from the original minutes. They include treasurer’s reports, and earlier minute books list the titles of books purchased by the Campbell Library Association. The 1927-1942 volume also includes the constitution and by-laws (1927). Minutes from Mar. 1942-Sept. 1967, Apr. 1977-Mar. 1981, and Aug. 2002-present, are not part of this collection.
Miscellaneous materials include a booklet on parliamentary procedure (1946), Robert’s Rules of Order (1915), songbooks (1923; 1946), and titles of books purchased for libraries (1901-1927).
