Kuoni-Reuter Auxiliary Post No. 167 Records and Photographs,

Scope and Content Note

The records of the Kuoni-Reuter Auxiliary Post 167 are divided into two series, Records and Photographs.

Records (1926-2000) consists largely of a near complete set of meeting minutes. Starting with the first auxiliary meeting in 1926, these minutes relate the names of officers, the activities of the group such as selling poppies, recreational gatherings, and social concerns like patriotism. Also included in the collection are ledgers that provide a glimpse at the financial workings of the auxiliary. Member lists show the size and make-up of the auxiliary in the 1990's and other lists show presidents of the post and charter members. Several revisions of the constitution and by-laws reflect minor changes throughout the years, such as the month elections took place.

Photographs (undated) includes two shots of a veterans memorial in Sauk Prairie and two unidentified shots of members of the Auxiliary, probably at a meeting.
