[1] School District Records (1866-1952) containing proceedings of the board, orders drawn on the treasurer, treasurer's bonds, financial statements, school censuses, and teacher's contracts; [2] Clerk's Papers (1857-1929) including reports of proceedings of the school board, teacher's contracts, and annual reports; [3] Treasurer's Books (1868-1955) giving detailed accounting of receipts and expenditures, plus yearly reports for the Clayton Center School; [4] School Registers (1867-1956) showing dates, teachers, pupils (name and age), attendance records, scholastic records, school programs, and visitors' record; and [5] 135th Reunion booklet containing a brief history, photograph, and information about former teachers and pupils.
