These agreements are filed in three parts according to when the files were received by the Archives. Each part was assigned its own call number. Within each part, arrangement is by local union number, and thereunder alphabetical by industry or business. Part 1, the files with call number U.S. Mss 131A, date from 1953 to 1960; Part 2, files with call number Mss 178, date from the 1950s through 1968; and Part 3, files with call number Mss 178a, date 1965-1971. Not all locals are represented for all the years.
