Each volume contains a list of the members of the household, their ages and levels of education; a financial plan for the year, including budgets for food, clothing, household and medical expenses; and estimates of farm production for the year. The volumes also include monthly reports providing details on family living expenses, farm receipts, and farm operating expenses. A third segment consists of an annual summary of each of these categories.
