2022/057	Part 28 (2022/057): Additions, 1968-2001 Physical Description: 6.0 cubic feet (6 record center cartons) Scope and Content Note: Records relating to state banks which closed or were acquired in 2001. These records consist of articles of incorporation, bylaws, charter cancellations, history files, branch openings and closures, and other documents related to banks and their precursors. Series 1 and 2 relate to Associated Bank South Central and Associated Bank Milwaukee, which merged in 2001 and each had previously acquired several other banks whose records are also included in the series. Series 3 covers all other banks which closed or were acquired in 2001, the majority of which were affiliates of M&I Bank which were consolidated into that company during the year.
