Abstract:
Informational memoranda concerning accounting practices, rate setting, railroad accidents, regulation of cable television, revision of statutes, relations with local and state-wide utilities such as the Wisconsin Telephone Co., and general matters before the commission. Also included are speeches and writings pertaining to A.R. Colbert, Adolph Kanneberg, David E. Lilienthal, Robert Nixon, Alvin Reis, and other members of the commission. Although most of the files pertain to the Public Service Commission, a few document its predecessor, the Railroad Commission.
