Correspondence and statistics regarding the Wisconsin Electric Power Company's “ten-for-one” plan, a low cost service plan provided by the utility. The files include analyses of increased consumption and the effect on the utility's revenues. The plan was devised by the Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company as ordered by the Public Service Commission in formal case 2U 810 (see also Series 1265, Formal case papers: public utilities, file 2U 810). The plan permitted eligible customers to increase consumption of electrical power at a cost not over ten percent of the rate for the base month. English
