Microfilm copy of an index (typed on 3×5 cards) to the following records of the Engineering Department: investigation and inspection, valuations, library or reference file, interlocking signals, highway crossing, field books, maps, plans, charts, statistical tabulations, photographs, etc. Indexes “Field Books” (Series 1289), “General Office Records” (Series 1290), and “Drainage District Dam Maps and Correspondence” (Series 1806). It is possible that some references to “Crossing and Grade Separation Files” (Series 1297) may be included. Access is primarily by personal name.
